The Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies formally launched its Fourth Report on the state of implementation of the 2016 Final Peace Accord, covering the period of December 2018-November 2019.

The Kroc Institute is responsible for technical verification and monitoring of implementation of the accord through the Peace Accords Matrix (PAM) Barometer Initiative, the first time a university-based research centre has played such a direct role in supporting the implementation of a peace agreement, and the first time researchers have measured the implementation of a peace accord in real time.

This public dialogue, co-convened by Embrace Dialogue (Rodeemos el Diálogo, ReD) and the Kroc Institute, brings together speakers from the Kroc Institute to share the results of the fourth report, with our own thematic teams who follow implementation of different aspects of the accord, to discuss the current state of implementation of the Colombian Peace Accord and challenges for the future.
